ارزیابی و مقایسه عملکرد آنتیاکسیدانی اندامهای مختلف دو گونه (Hyoscyamus niger L. و Hyoscyamus kurdicus Bornm.) در رویشگاههای مختلف استان اردبیل

چکیده مقاله :
بذرالبنج (Hyoscyamus niger L.) و بذرالبنج کردی (Hyoscyamus kurdicus Bornm.) از گونه های دارویی و مهم تیره سیب زمینی هستند که در مناطق نیمه خشک و سرد کشور خصوصاً استان اردبیل از رویشگاههای طبیعی برخوردار است و در طب سنتی بهعنوان مسکن، ضد اسپاسم، خوابآور و ضدسرطان استفاده می شود. در این تحقیق، اندام هوایی و ریشه هر دو گونه در زمان گلدهی از دو رویشگاه قرهآغاج (1200 متر) و روستای فتح مقصود (2200 متر) واقع در استان اردبیل در قالب طرحی کاملاً تصادفی جمع آوری گردید. عصاره های متانولی به روش خیساندن و سنجش میزان فعالیت آنتیاکسیدانی عصاره ها به سه روش DPPH، RP و TAC در 4 تکرار و بر مبنای IC50 گزارش گردید. نتایج نشان داد که عملکرد آنتیاکسیدانی اندام هوایی گیاه H. kurdicus به غیر از روش TAC در هر دو منطقه بیش از اندام ریشه بوده و اینکه مخصوصاً در روش DPPH با افزایش میزان ارتفاع بر عملکرد آنتیاکسیدانی گونهها نیز بهطور معنیدار افزایش یافته است، نتیجه اینکه یک رابطه معنیدار بین گونهها، اندام و ارتفاع منطقه با عملکرد آنتیاکسیدانی عصارهها دارد (05/0P<).
