بررسی رابطه بین مؤلفههای نگرش سازمانی با جو سازمانی (مطالعه موردی بانک ملی)

ملخص المقالة :
این پژوهش به بررسی رابطه بین مؤلفههای نگرش سازمانی با جوسازمانی در بانک ملی پرداخته است. جامعه آماری موردبررسی تحقیق شامل کارکنان بانک ملی مشهد میباشد، که حجم نمونه موردنیاز این پژوهش از بین آنها بهصورت تصادفی انتخابشده است. بر اساس حجم نمونه برای مطالعات تحلیل عاملی و وجود چهار عامل تعداد 120 نفر کارمند ردههای مختلف بهعنوان نمونه نهایی در نظر گرفته شد. قلمرو زمانی تحقیق سال 1395 و زمان جمعآوری اطلاعات موردنیاز در سهماهه دوم سال 95 می باشد. پژوهش حاضر یک تحقیق توصیفی و پیمایشی مبتنی بر همبستگی میباشد. نتایج تحقیق حاکی از آن است که نگرش سازمانی بر جوسازمانی بانک ملی مشهد رابطه مستقیم و معناداری دارد و با افزایش نگرش سازمانی جوسازمانی افزایش خواهد یافت. علاوه بر این بین مؤلفه ماهیت شغل و سازمان بر جوسازمانی بانک ملی رابطه مستقیم و معناداری وجود ندارد و بین مؤلفه نیروی انسانی پیرامون بر جوسازمانی بانک ملی رابطه مستقیم و معناداری وجود دارد همچنین بین مؤلفه عوامل سازمانی و محیطی بر جوسازمانی بانک ملی رابطه مستقیم و معناداری وجود ندارد.
