تأثیر هشت هفته تمرین شنا، سلول¬درمانی و لیزردرمانی بر بیان ژن¬های IL-2، IL-10 و STAT-3 بافت بیضه در موش¬های مدل آزواسپرمی

زمینه و هدف: آزواسپرمی به معنای کمبود اسپرم در مایع منی است. یک درصد از کل مردان و ده درصد از مردان نابارور مبتلا به آزواسپرمی هستند، هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثرات هشت هفته تمرین شنا، سلول¬درمانی و لیزردرمانی بر بیان ژن¬های IL-2، IL-10 و STAT-3 بافت بیضه در موش¬های مدل آزواسپرمی می¬باشد. روش کار: 40 سر رت 6 تا 8 هفته¬ای به¬صورت تصادفی انتخاب، و سپس مدل آزواسپرمی با داروی بوسولفان با دوز 40 میلی¬گرم در موش¬ها القاء شد. یک¬ماه بعد از ایجاد مدل یک¬بار سلول¬های بنیادی به¬صورت پیوند در ناحیه مجران دفران به میزان یک میلیون سلول پیوندزده شد، پس از گذشت یک هفته از پیوند سلول، لیزر با طول موج 8/632 نانومتر و توان 10 میلی¬وات و انرژی 3 ژول به¬صورت سه تکرار در کل دوره مطالعه با فاصله هر هفته یک¬بار اعمال شد. تمرین روزانه شنا به¬مدت 30 دقیقه و 5 روز در هفته در طول 8 هفته اجرا شد. یافته¬ها: نتایج نشان داد که القای مدل آزواسپرمی سبب افزایش معنی¬دار ژن¬های IL-2، IL-10 و STAT-3 نسبت به رت¬های گروه سالم شد (P≤0.05). هم¬چنین انجام روش¬های مداخله¬ای لیزر درمانی، سلول ¬درمانی و تمرین بیان این ژن¬ها در بافت بیضه رت¬ها را نسبت به گروه بیمار کاهش معنی¬داری داد (P≤0.05). نتیجه¬گیری: تمرین ورزشی شنا در ترکیب با سلول¬درمانی و لیزردرمانی از طریق کاهش سیگنالینگ التهاب بافت بیضه ممکن است به باروری رت¬های مدل آزواسپرمی کمک نماید.
