بررسی تحققپذیری حکمروایی خوب شهری با تاکید بر عدالت فضایی (نمونه موردی: مناطق 5 گانه-ارومیه)

ملخص المقالة :
هدف کلی این پژوهش، بررسی تحققپذیری حکمروایی خوب شهری با تأکید بر عدالت فضایی در مناطق 5 گانه شهر ارومیه میباشد. روش پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت توصیفی-تحلیلی میباشد. جمعآوری اطلاعات به دو صورت اسنادی و برداشت میدانی میباشد. ابزار گردآوری دادهها به چند صورت: مشاهده، پرسشنامه، مصاحبه و فیشبرداری میباشد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش ساکنین مناطق 5 گانه شهر ارومیه میباشد که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران تعداد 384 عدد بهدستآمده است که بهصورت تصادفی توزیع گردیده است. برای ارزیابی و تبیین وضعیت حکمروایی خوب شهری از شاخصهای: مشارکت، کارایی و اثربخشی، شفافیت، عدالت محوری و برابری، پاسخگویی، مسئولیتپذیری، قانون مداری و اجماع محوری استفادهشده است. تجزیهوتحلیل اطلاعات بهصورت کمی صورت گرفته است بهطوریکه از روشهای آماری نظیر آزمونهای t تک نمونهای، کروسکال والیس و همبستگی اسپیرمن و نرمافزارهای SPSS و GIS برای تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها استفادهشده است. نتایج این پژوهش نشانگر این است که بر اساس تحلیل سرانههای وضع موجود کاربریهای خدماتی، منطقه 5 رتبه اول و منطقه 3 رتبه آخر را کسب نموده است. بر اساس نتایج ارزیابی شاخصهای حکمروایی خوب شهری مناطق یک، چهار و پنج دارای سطح بالاتری نسبت به متوسط و مناطق دو و سه دارای سطح پایینتری نسبت به سطح متوسط را داشتند. نتایج ارزیابی همبستگی میان مولفههای مستقل و وابسته نشانگر این است که رابطهای مستقیم زیاد بین آنها وجود دارد. بر اساس نتایج رتبهبندی آزمون کروسکال والیس منطقه یک ارومیه رتبه اول و منطقه دو ارومیه رتبه پنجم را کسب نمودهاست. درنهایت بر اساس نتایج ضریب اسپیرمن میان رتبهبندی توزیع و پراکندگی کاربریها و شاخصهای حکمروایی خوب شهری رابطه متوسط مستقیم وجود دارد.
