طراحی و اعتبار سنجی الگوی شایستگی های حرفهای اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه فرهنگیان

ملخص المقالة :
پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی و اعتبارسنجی الگوی شایستگیهای حرفهای اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه فرهنگیان انجام شد. این پژوهش از نوع توسعهای-کاربردی است که به روش ترکیبی از نوع اکتشافی متوالی انجام شد. دانشجویان، اعضای هیات علمی و کارشناسان آموزش دانشگاه فرهنگیان فارس به عنوان جامعه آماری بخش کیفی به شمار میروند که با روش نمونهگیری هدفمند و تکنیک اشباع نظری، 60 نفر (15نفر عضو هیات علمی، 15نفر کارشناس آموزش و30نفر دانشجو(15 دختر و 15 پسر)) انتخاب شدند. در بخش کمی نیز اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه فرهنگیان کشور به عنوان جامعه آماری بودند که 150نفر به شیوه تصادفی انتخاب شدند. برای جمعآوری دادهها در بخش کیفی از مصاحبه نیمه ساختمند و بررسی اسناد، و در بخش کمی از پرسشنامه محققساخته استفاده شد. برای تحلیل دادههای کیفی، از روش تحلیل مضمون و برای تحلیل دادههای کمی از تحلیل عامل و ضریب آلفای کرنباخ استفاده شد. با استفاده از معیارهای اعتبارسنجی کیفی چارچوب اولیه اعتبارسنجی گردید. برای اعتبارسنجی کمی از تحلیل عامل و ضریب آلفای کرنباخ استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که الگوی شایستگیهای حرفهای اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه فرهنگیان متشکل3 عامل(1-دانش حرفه ای2-مهارتهای حرفهای3-اخلاق حرفهای )،11ملاک(1-دانش محتوا2-دانش آموزش محتوا3-دانش پژوهشی4-دانش سازمانی5-دانش فناوری6-مهارت تدریس7-مهارت پژوهش8-مهارت فناوری9-مهارتهای ارتباطی10-اخلاق فردی 11- اخلاق سازمانی) و 62 نشانگر است.این الگو میتواند به عنوان چارچوب و مبنایی برای جذب، توسعهی حرفهای و ارزیابی شایستگیهای حرفهای اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه فرهنگیان کشور مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
