بررسی دانش کشاورزان نسبت به کشاورزی ارگانیک (مورد مطالعه: سبزیکاران شهرستان باوی در استان خوزستان)

زمینه و هدف: در دهه های اخیر یکی از بزرگ ترین چالش های پیش روی جوامع بشری، مسأله امنیت و سلامت غذایی جمعیت رو به افزایش دنیا است. در این راستا، ضرورت تبدیل کشاورزی رایج به کشاورزی ارگانیک و پایدار مطرح می گردد. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی میزان دانش سبزی کاران شهرستان باوی نسبت به کشاورزی ارگانیک انجام گرفت. روش بررسی: پژوهش از نوع تحقیقات توصیفی- همبستگی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش سبزی کاران شهرستان باوی به تعداد 140 نفر می باشد. نمونه آماری با استفاده از جدول مورگان به تعداد 104 نفر تعیین و به شیوه نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش پرسش نامه محقق ساخت است که روایی آن توسط گروهی از صاحب نظران و اعضاء هیأت علمی گروه ترویج و آموزش کشاورزی دانشگاه کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی رامین خوزستان تأیید شد. پایایی پرسش نامه نیز با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ دانش (89/0= α) مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSSwin16 انجام شد. یافتهها: نتایج پژوهش نشان می دهد که دانش بیش از 62 درصد پاسخ گویان نسبت به کشاورزی ارگانیک کم است. بین سابقه فعالیت کشاورزی، سطح تحصیلات و میزان زمین کشاورزی و میزان دانش کشاورزان نسبت به کشاورزی ارگانیک به ترتیب در سطح 01/0 و 05/0 رابطه آماری معنی داری وجود دارد. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد متغیرهای سابقه فعالیت کشاورزی و میزان زمین زراعی تنها متغیرهای اثرگذار بر دانش در زمینه کشاورزی ارگانیک بودند که 2/24 درصد تغییرات دانش نسبت به کشاورزی ارگانیک را تبیین می کنند. بحث و نتیجهگیری: نتایج بیان گر دانش کم کشاورزان نسبت به کشاورزی ارگانیک میباشد. با توجه به این که اهمیت دانش و آگاهی در پذیرش و توسعه یک فناوری جدید بارز و آشکار است، کمبود و فقدان اطلاعات و دانش به عنوان یک محدودیت و مانع بزرگی در راه توسعه کشاورزی ارگانیک به حساب می آید.
