بررسی دانش کشاورزان نسبت به کشاورزی ارگانیک (مورد مطالعه: سبزیکاران شهرستان باوی در استان خوزستان)

چکیده مقاله :

زمینه و هدف: در دهه های اخیر یکی از بزرگ ترین چالش های پیش روی جوامع بشری، مسأله امنیت و سلامت غذایی جمعیت رو به افزایش دنیا است. در این راستا، ضرورت تبدیل کشاورزی رایج به کشاورزی ارگانیک و پایدار مطرح می گردد. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی میزان دانش سبزی کاران شهرستان باوی نسبت به کشاورزی ارگانیک انجام گرفت. روش بررسی: پژوهش از نوع تحقیقات توصیفی- همبستگی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش سبزی کاران شهرستان باوی به تعداد 140 نفر می باشد. نمونه آماری با استفاده از جدول مورگان به تعداد 104 نفر تعیین و به شیوه نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش پرسش نامه محقق ساخت است که روایی آن توسط گروهی از صاحب نظران و اعضاء هیأت علمی گروه ترویج و آموزش کشاورزی دانشگاه کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی رامین خوزستان تأیید شد. پایایی پرسش نامه نیز با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ دانش (89/0= α) مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSSwin16 انجام شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان می دهد که دانش بیش از 62 درصد پاسخ گویان نسبت به کشاورزی ارگانیک کم است. بین سابقه فعالیت کشاورزی، سطح تحصیلات و میزان زمین کشاورزی و میزان دانش کشاورزان نسبت به کشاورزی ارگانیک به ترتیب در سطح 01/0 و 05/0 رابطه آماری معنی داری وجود دارد. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد متغیرهای سابقه فعالیت کشاورزی و میزان زمین زراعی تنها متغیرهای اثرگذار بر دانش در زمینه کشاورزی ارگانیک بودند که 2/24 درصد تغییرات دانش نسبت به کشاورزی ارگانیک را تبیین می کنند. بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج بیان گر دانش کم کشاورزان نسبت به کشاورزی ارگانیک می‌باشد. با توجه به این که اهمیت دانش و آگاهی در پذیرش و توسعه یک فناوری جدید بارز و آشکار است، کمبود و فقدان اطلاعات و دانش به عنوان یک محدودیت و مانع بزرگی در راه توسعه کشاورزی ارگانیک به حساب می آید.

چکیده انگلیسی:

Background and Objective: In recent decades, the problem of food security and health issues among the populations worldwide jave been one of the main challenges for human societies. In this regard, the necessity of converting the conventional farming to organic farming was raised. Method: This study was done to investigate the farmers’ knowledge about organic farming in Bavi city, Khuzestan province. The statistical population consisted vegetable growers in Bavi city (N=140) and the statistical sample was determined using the Morgan’s table (n=104). The statistical sample was chosen through simple random sampling technique. The data were collected using a questionnaire whose validity was confirmed by a panel of Agricultural extension and Education experts. Moreover, its reliability was confirmed using the Cronbachs alpha (α=0/96). Finally, the data were analyzed by SPSSwin16. Findings: The results showed that the knowledge of over 62% of the respondents about organic farming is low. There was a significant difference (p=0/01) between farming experience and knowledge about organic farming. Moreover, there was a significant difference (p=0/05) between the size of farmland and the education level and knowledge about organic farming. Results of regression analyses indicates that farming experience and size of farmland were the only variables explaining 24/2% knowledge changes. Discussion and Conclusion: The results showed that farmers' knowledge regarding organic agriculture is low. Althougf the importance of knowledge in adoption and development of a new technology is obvious, lack of information and knowledge has been raised as a limitation and a great obstacle for the development of organic farming.
