تأثیر مداخلۀ مبتنی بر خودنظمی هیجانی بر الگوهای ارتباطی زوجین شهر اصفهان

هدف این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر مداخلۀ مبتنی بر خودنظمی هیجانی بر روی الگوهای ارتباطی زوجها در شهر اصفهان بود. روش این پژوهش نیمهتجربی و طرح آن دو گروهی از نوع پیشآزمون ـ پسآزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش همۀ زوجهای دارای مشکل ارتباطی در نیمسال اول 1392 بودند که دامنۀ سنی آنان 25 تا 50 سال بود. حجم نمونه 18زوج و به شیوۀ نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. درنهایت زوجها بهصورت تصادفی در دو گروه گواه (9 زوج) و آزمایش (9 زوج) جایگزین شدند. اعضای هر دو گروه در سه مرحلۀ پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و پیگیری پرسشنامۀ الگوی ارتباطی CPQ کریستینسن و سالاوی (1984) را تکمیل کردند. دادههای پژوهش با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیره و همچنین نرمافزار SPSS تحلیل شد. یافتهها نشان داد که مداخلۀ مبتنی بر خودنظمی هیجانی بر هر سه الگوی ارتباطی سازنده، توقع/ کنارهگیری و اجتناب متقابل زوجها تأثیر معناداری (05/0P<) داشتند. بنابراین داشتن مهارتهای خودنظمی هیجانی بین همسران الگوی ارتباطی کارآمد و مؤثری را برای زندگی آنها رقم میزند و شدت ارتباط مخرب و همراه با تنش و تعارض را تا حد چشمگیری کاهش میدهد.
