تسهیل گران رنج: کندوکاوی کیفی از برهمکنش زنان نابارور با دیده‌بانان مشرف به صحنه

ملخص المقالة :
هدف پژوهش حاضر مطالعه رابطه زنان نابارور با اطرافیان‌شان حول محور مسائل ناباروری‌شان بود. جامعه آماری زنان نابارور مراجعه کننده به مراکز نا باروری شهر یزد است که با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری نظری و هدفمند تعداد 21 نفر از زنان انتخاب شدند. طرح پژوهش از نوع کیفی و روش نظریه زمینه ای و فرایند نمونه‌گیری نظری تا اشباع داده‌ها ادامه یافت .اطلاعات جمع‌آوری و تحلیل داده‌ها به شیوۀ کدگذاری باز ومحوری انجام شد. یافته‌های به دست آمده از پژوهش شامل13 مقوله اصلی و یک مقوله هسته تحت عنوان تسهیلگران رنج شد. بر همین اساس جداول مفهومی، مدل پارادایمی و طرح‌واره نظری پژوهش ارائه شد. با توجه به داده‌های ارائه‌شده می‌توان نتیجه گرفت، زنان نابارور وضعیت نامساعدی را در ارتباط با دیگران تجربه می‌کنند.
