اشتراک دانش کارکنان به عنوان یکی از فعالیت های کلیدی مدیریت دانش معرفی گردیده است.بنابراین پیاده سازی موفق مدیریت دانش مستلزم توجه جدی به این فعالیت می باشد.شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر رفتار اشتراک دانش کارکنان و تلاش جهت تأمین آن عوامل، رفتار اشتراک دانش کارکنان را تسهیل می نماید.در تحقیقات مختلف عواملی چون فرهنگ، ساختار سازمانی، انگیزه و تکنولوژی به عنوان عوامل مؤثر بر اشتراک دانش معرفی شده اند.با توجه به نقش انگیزه ها به عنوان یک عامل بسیار مهم در رفتار اشتراک دانش کارکنان و عدم وجود مدل جامع انگیزشی در این خصوص، هدف این تحقیق تدوین مدلی است که میزان تأثیر عوامل انگیزشی مختلف را بر رفتار اشتراک دانش کارکنان اندازه گیری نماید.روش این تحقیق توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی بوده که به شیوه پیمایشی انجام شده است.نمونه آماری تحقیق را تعداد 325 نفر از کارکنان شرکت های تولیدی صنایع دفاعی مستقر در شهر تهران تشکیل داده اند.داده های تحقیق با استفاده از پرسشنامه جمع آوری شده و مدل انگیزشی ارائه شده در این تحقیق با استفاده از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری (SEM) و نرم افزار Lisrel 8.8 مورد آزمون قرار گرفته است.تأیید و برازش مناسب مدل حاکی از آن است که عوامل انگیزشی درونی و بیرونی و همچنین به کارگیری روش های اشتراک دانش مورد علاقه کارکنان در بروز رفتار اشتراک دانش آنها مؤثر می باشد.نتایج نشان داد که تأمین همزمان عوامل انگیزشی درونی و بیرونی و به کارگیری روش های اشتراک دانش مورد علاقه کارکنان توسط سازمان ها، بروز رفتار اشتراک دانش کارکنان را تسهیل می نماید.
