ملخص المقالة :
معیارها و شاخص های مؤثر بر رفتار مکانهای کارآفرین شهری و سیاستهای تشکیل چنین مکانهایی باید برگرفته از تغییر ساختار برنامه ها و استراتژی های مکانها و فضاهای شهری باشد. اما، این تغییرات صرفا با توجه به رویکردهای پیشین و تجربیات گذشته بدون تعامل با رویکردهای اصلی تأثیر گذار بر ریشه های رفتاری در شکل گیری مکانهای کارآفرین شهری مواجه بوده است. لذا مطالعات واقعگرایانه و سیاستگذاری با توجه به سیستم های نوین جهانی بر روی مکانها و فضاهایی که مستعد توسعه و پیشرفت هستند و همچنین، مکانهایی که قابلیت بهسازی و باززنده سازی را دارا میباشند، بیش از هر زمان دیگری متصور میشود. لذا، این پژوهش در راستای اهدف خود با کمک روش فراترکیب ابزاری برای توسعه چارچوب مفهومی، بر اساس همکنش دو رویکرد "اکوسیستم نو آوری و اکوسیستم طبیعی شهری" ارائه داده که نتایج آن ظهور دانشی نوین در ایجاد مکانهای کارآفرینی در تعامل با بازآفرینی شهری میباشد. یافته های این مقاله، با تمرکز برمفاهیم و معیارهای بدست آمده از دو رویکرد منتهی به استخراج 4 مؤلفه گردید، مؤلفه های استخراج شده سوابق مداخلات، مشخصه ها، روابط متقابل، منابع، دیدگاهها، سیاستها و مفاهیم دو رویکرد را با هم ادغام کرده و راهکار زمینه های تغییر در رفتار شکل گیری و ایجاد مکانهایی پویا و کارآمد را ارائه داده است. نتایج حاصل ارتباطات اجتماعی-فرهنگی، ارتقاء و پیشرفت رفاه جامعه مدنی، تاثیر سیستم های هوشمند بر جامعه مدنی واقتصادی و نهایتاً تاثیر مثبت دانش و آموزش بر رفتارهای انسانی و فرهنگی را ارائه داده است. لذا، این پژوهش را میتوان نمونه ای آزمون شده برای پایه گذاری انجام تحقیقاتی در آینده دانست.
