خصوصیات بیوشیمیایی و ضدمیکروبی باکتری های اندوفیتی جدا شده از بومادران (Achillea millefolium) و کتیرا (Astraglus gossypinus) مناطق جغرافیایی استان فارس

ملخص المقالة :
گیاهان دارویی بومادران (Achillea millefolium) و کتیرا (Astraglus gossypinus) بهعلت خواص درمانی متعدد در منطقه خاورمیانه مورد استفاده قرار میگیرد. حضور میکروبهای اندوفیت در گیاهان دارویی در سال های اخیر مورد توجه محققین قرار گرفته است. اندوفیت ها باکتری ها و کپک هایی هستند که درون بافت گیاهان حضور دارند و علاوه بر فوایدی که برای گیاه دارند حاوی ترکیبات زیستفعال مؤثری می باشند. در این تحقیق باکتری های اندوفیت از گیاهان دارویی بومادران و کتیرا جداسازی شدند. اثر ضدباکتریایی و ضدکپکی آنها با روش انتشار دیسکی بر روی استافیلوکوکوس اورئوس (ATCC 6538)، اشریشیا کولای (ATTC 35218)، سالمونلا تیفی موریوم (ATCC 14028)، لیستریا مونوسیتوجنز (PTCC 1163) و آسپرژیلوس نایجر (PTCC 5154) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. باکتری هایی که اثر ضدمیکروبی داشتند از طریق تعیین توالی ژن16S rDNA، خصوصیات بیوشیمیایی و آنزیمی مورد شناسایی دقیق تر قرار گرفت. باکتریهای جداسازی شده از گیاه بومادران و کتیرا بهترتیب باسیلوس سافینیس و باسیلوس پومیلوس بودند که اثر مهاری روی کپک مورد آزمایش را داشتند. باسیلوس سافینیستوانایی تخمیر قندهای گلوکز، ساکاروز، لاکتوز و مانیتول را داشت. در حالیکه باسیلوس پومیلوس جداسازی شده از گیاه کتیرا تنها گلوکز را تخمیر کرد و دارای آنزیم های اکسیداز، کاتالاز و آمیلاز بود.
