مقایسه فیتوشیمیایی اسانس در پنج گونه از جنس Stachys spp در شرایط زراعی خرمآباد

ملخص المقالة :
جنس سنبله ای Stachys spp. از مهمترین گیاهان داروئی ادویه ای و معطر تیره نعناعیان Lamiaceae محسوب می شوند و در مناطق مختلف ایران بصورت بومی یافت می شوند. در این تحقیق به منظور مقایسه ترکیبات شیمیایی اسانس پنج گونه از جنس Stachys، (S. lavandulifolia، S. laxa، S. inflata، S. germanica و S. byzantina) بذر آن ها در سال 1397 در مزرعه تحقیقاتی، مرکز تحقیقات و آموزش کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی خرم آباد کاشت و تکثیر شدند. در مرحله گلدهی کامل از گیاهان نمونه برداری شد. نمونه ها، در سایه خشک و آسیاب شدند. اسانس گیری با استفاده از دستگاه کلونجر و روش تقطیر با آب انجام شد و ترکیبات اسانس توسط دستگاه های GC و GC/MS تعیین شدند .نتایج نشان داد بیشترین و کمترین بازده اسانس با 0/2 و 8/0 درصد به ترتیب در گونه های S. lavandulifolia وS. byzantina بدست آمد. بیشترین مقدار آلفا-پینن با 1/6 و 9/9 درصد و بیشترین بتا-فلاندرن با 2/19 و 1/25 درصد بهترتیب در گونه های S. laxa و S. inflata بدست آمد و ترکیبات سابینن، دی لیمونن و الاگزاین در مرتبه بعدی قرار گرفتند. بیشترین مقدار لینالول با 9/9 و 9/3 درصد بهترتیب در گونه های S. germanica و S. inflata و بیشترین مقدار کاریوفیلن با 6/15 درصد در گونه S. laxa به دست آمد. مقدار ژرماکرن-دی در گونه های S. byzantina، S. laxa، S. lavandulifolia وS. inflata بهترتیب معادل 8/33، 4/4، 1/3 و 7/2 درصد بود. ترکیبات اصلی گونه S. lavandulifolia، شامل آلفا -کادینول (7/8 درصد)، اسپادولنول (8/6 درصد)، سیگما -کادینن (5/6 درصد)، بی سیکروژرماکرن (6/4 درصد)، سیگما- کادینول (1/3 درصد) بودند. در نتیجه این گونه با توجه به پراکنش وسیع آن در ایران بهعنوان یکی از گونه های مهم جنس سنبله ای جهت کشت و اهلی کردن معرفی میگردد.
