ارائه تسهیلات یکی از مهم‌ترین فعالیت‌های بانکی تلقی می‌شود اما ریسک اعتباری یا عدم توان گیرنده تسهیلات در بازپرداخت اصل و سود تسهیلات اعطایی ، بانک‌ها را دچار مشکلات عدیده‌ای می‌کند لذا به‌منظور مدیریت و کنترل این ریسک به‌عنوان یکی از بزرگترین عوامل شناخته‌شده ورشکستگی بانک‌ها طراحی مدل‌های رتبه‌بندی امری ضروری به نظر می‌رسد. تاکنون روش‌های مختلفی ازجمله مدل‌های پارامتریک مانند رگرسیون لجستیک و روش‌های نا پارامتریک مانند شبکه‌های عصبی برای رتبه‌بندی مشتریان بانکی استفاده‌شده است اما در تحقیق پیشرو یک مدل رتبه‌بندی تصمیم‌گیری با استفاده از روش ترکیبیPromethee-ANP جهت رتبه‌بندی مشتریان حقوقی بانک رفاه از منظر ریسک اعتباری ارائه‌شده است که از یکسو نیازمند به دست آوردن توزیع و فرضیات مانند روش‌های پارامتری نبوده و برخلاف روش‌هایی مانند شبکه‌های عصبی و رگرسیون لجستیک با به‌کارگیری داده‌های واقعی متقاضیان تسهیلات بانکی، رتبه‌بندی را انجام می‌دهد و از طرف دیگر نظرات و قضاوت‌های خبرگان را نیز مؤثر می‌سازد. جهت به‌کارگیری روش ارائه‌شده 22 شاخص متناسب با معیارهای مدل اعتبارسنجی 5C استخراج و وزن هریک با روش ANP تعیین گردید و در مرحله آخر رتبه‌بندی بر روی نمونه‌ای به حجم 25 از مشتریان حقوقی بانک با روش Promethee انجام شد. تفاصيل المقالة

Nowadays, the nurse scheduling problem (NSP) has attracted a great amount of attentions. In this problem,the nurses are scheduled to be assigned to the shifts by considering the required nurses for each day during the planning horizon. In the current study, a bi-objective mathematical model is formulated in order to maximize the preferences of the nurses to work on the shifts in addition to be off on the weekends. In real-world problems, higher quality schedules are provided considering the uncertainty. In this point of view, we investigate the uncertainty on the preferences of the nurses for the working shifts and the weekends off. In fact, a compensatory fuzzy approach based on the Werners’ fuzzy and operator is proposed to investigate the effects of the uncertainty on the considered research problem. Then, several sample problems are generated to support the efficiency of the developed fuzzy model. Finally, a sensitivity analysis is implemented to determine the effects of the changes of the parameters on the obtained results. تفاصيل المقالة
