Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to identify the problems of high school students' perception of multicultural education by teacher. To this end, a qualitative method and phenomenological approach were used. The research population consisted of all teachers teaching in Iran in the academic year 1398-1989. Using purposive sampling based on theoretical saturation of the findings, 30 of them were selected as sample. The research method is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Data were collected through unstructured interviews and a qualitative analysis method was used. Interviews were analyzed through open-ended coding. One hundred and eighty concepts were extracted; seventy subcategories and eighteen categories were extracted. Findings show that teachers face different challenges in teaching students of different cultures, Students do not understand the contents of the book about introducing and recognizing different cultures of Iran and have difficulty understanding the contents of the books. There is also a need to pay more attention to the different ethnicities of Iran, their languages, dialects, and local and national coverage , Because applying and integrating a diverse and diverse culture with different ethnic cultures not only diminishes the value and depth of learning a national culture. Rather, it enhances their learning and educational development. They stated that textbooks have a major problem and that it is the formal language and web standards that pay attention to the culture of different ethnicities Their diversity in our country is very high, which confuses students in adapting their culture and ethnicity to the dominant culture that they have not used so far.
