Abstract :

Abstract         Nostalgia for the homeland, as an instinctive, natural and psychological state, appears in man when he loses some of the things that he possessed and yearns to regain them. Maulana Jalaloddin Balkhi was of the mystics who elaborated the remoteness of his beloved and homeland more profoundly in the first and second volumes of Mathnavi. In his speculation the descent of man and his strangeness in this world has several reasons. For this nostalgia, Maulana takes advantage of allegorical fables and makes the story more tangible. The mystic, ultimately finds his lost proprietorship which is the main home and land and spiritual world and attaining the real beloved.
