Abstract :
Psychological capital is known as the force for personal development, improving individual performance, increasing influence, improving the performance of the organization, institution and increasing revenue and creating a competitive advantage. The aim of the present study was to investigate the role of psychological capital on the relationship between genuine leadership and political skills with job performance in the Ministry of Sports and Youth. The research method was quantitative and descriptive correlation. In order to estimate the sample size, 324 people were selected using Cochran's formula. For data collection, the standard questionnaires of Aloyeu (2007), Leadership, Politics, Religion and Scharfman (1999) and the Lutans Psychological Capital Questionnaire were collected. (2007) Patterson (1989) Job Performance Questionnaire was used, the validity of which was confirmed by the opinions of experts in the field of psychology and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha test with a value of more than 0.75% for all questionnaires. In addition, the structural equation modeling approach was used to analyze the data. Also, all statistical analyzes were performed at a significance level of 5% using SPSS software version 23 and Smart PLS version 2.6.3. The results of the research questions test showed that the research variables have a significant direct effect on each other. Also, other research results showed that psychological capital and its components play a significant mediating role in the impact between variables.
