Abstract :
Benefiting from efficient manpower requires that employees enjoy good quality of life. War Veteran and Martyr Family Members who serve as Faculty Members at Islamic Azad University constitute a social group whose life quality has always busied the minds of the policy-makers. The purpose for carrying out the present research was designing a model for promotion of the life quality among the mentioned group. This research employs a mixed method in reaching its objectives. The objectives are termed as applied. Statistical society of the research entails the war veteran and martyr family members who have the position of faculty member at Islamic Azad out of which 276 people have been chosen as the sample size. Data were also collected using standard and researcher-made questionnaires. Cronbach's alpha calculation method was used to determine the reliability. The research data collected in the qualitative section were analyzed using MaxQuid software. software. The research results proved that there are positive and significant correlations between research variables. The highest correlation between the two variables "quality of life" and "organizational-occupational factors" with a value of 0.585 and the lowest correlation between the two variables "individual factors" and "quality of life" with a value of 0.103 were observed. Based on the explained regression coefficient, approximately 45.6% of the variance of quality of life variable is explained only through three variables namely social, organizational and individual factors. Path Analysis Coefficient for the effect of individual factors on quality of life as 0.361, job-organizational factors as 0.614 and social factors as 0.516 were obtained. In addition to the direct effect, the variable of individual factors has an effect on quality of life indirectly with a coefficient (β = 0.324) mediated by the variable of social factors and with a coefficient (β = 0.416) mediated by the variable of occupational-organizational
