Abstract :
The main goal of this research was to identify the components of knowledge management with emphasis on Islamic principles. The present research method was combined (qualitative-qualitative) and practical in terms of its purpose. The statistical population of the research in the qualitative part included all experts in the subject of management and knowledge management in the number of 15 people who were selected purposefully and based on the rule of theoretical saturation. In the quantitative part, all education experts in Kerman were 245 people in the field of knowledge management, and the sample size was 124 people according to Cohen's table and determined by simple random. The research tool in the first part was a semi-structured interview, and in the quantitative part, a researcher-made questionnaire. Validity of qualitative findings with formal validity and reliability was obtained by re-coding by the researcher and researchers outside the research. In the quantitative part, data validation was done with face validity and reliability with Cronbach's alpha test, and its value was 0.81. To analyze the results, in the qualitative part, the three-step coding method including open, axial and selective coding was used, and for quantitative data, structural equation modeling was used with SMART PLS2/2 software. The findings showed that there are 12 core themes and 5 main components for creating knowledge management based on Islamic teachings in education workers. These central themes include the causal conditions of knowledge management enablers (Islamic strategy and Islamic environment); background factors in knowledge management enablers (individual motivation and religious culture); Intervening conditions effective on knowledge management enablers (giving life to knowledge and spirituality); The strategies of knowledge management enablers (strengthening moral virtues, institutionalizing Islamic values and organizational structure based on religion) and the consequences of knowledge management enablers included (valuable employees and acquisition of spiritual resources).
