Abstract :
The purpose of this research was to investigate the impact of transformation strategies on organizational effectiveness with the mediation of organizational commitment in South Aluminum Company. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of method. The statistical population is 2400 employees of South Aluminum Company, and a sample of 331 people was selected. To collect information, Weizbord (1976) and (Farmanian Arani, 2013) and Parsons organizational effectiveness and organizational commitment questionnaire were used. Face validity was used to determine the validity of the questionnaires due to its standardization. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to determine the reliability of the questionnaires and it showed its high reliability. After collecting the questionnaires, the research data were analyzed using Smart Pls software. This research was conducted at two levels of descriptive and inferential statistics. Parametric test was used to check the research hypotheses regarding the normality of the research. The results of the analysis showed that transformation strategies had a significant effect on organizational effectiveness with the mediating role of organizational commitment of South Aluminum Company.
