Abstract :
field and target: law enforcement knowledge in urban planning with a passive defense approach In order to reduce the context and grounds for committing a crime, It is a key component in the security of urban spaces Which, if used effectively, reduces social vulnerability. The purpose of this research, is investigating the strategy and impact of law enforcement knowledge management on planning and management of urban spaces with a passive defense approach. Method: This research is of applied type and a methodological point, it is a qualitative research The population and the statistical sample are also from two groups of elites at the level of senior urban and disciplinary managers 17 people for in-depth interviews and second group at the level of law enforcement and urban experts a total of 108 people were selected to evaluate the model and complete the closed questionnaires. Findings: Researchers explain the role of passive defense disciplinary knowledge management functions including; Staff covered information processing, culture, leadership and structure that the results of the model, explains 82% of changes in urban planning with a passive defense approach By these five variables. Conclusion: Law enforcement knowledge management with the support of new technologies And timely access to events and happenings in the country, One of the requirements for establishing law enforcement security in urban areas and the creation of an information aristocracy that is the product of law enforcement knowledge management, Play a significant role in reducing social vulnerabilities and improving the quality of urban management.
