Codification of the accreditation model of the training program of human resources of education and training by the approach based on data foundation theory

Abstract :
Accreditation has been introduced as a quality assurance tool and a factor for evaluating the programs of the education organization. Based on this, the modeling of the structural equations of the accreditation of the educational program of human resources of Qazvin province has been researched.
research methodology: This practical research was considered qualitative in terms of the type of data and self-emerging foundation in terms of the nature of the data. The statistical population included specialists in the field of education management and educational sciences and directors of Qazvin province education headquarters, which was achieved by using targeted non-probability sampling in the number of 15 people. The research tool was a semi-structured interview form, which was obtained by open, central and selective coding. Its validity and reliability were obtained using three-way consensus (data, researchers and consensus of theories and methodology).
Findings: The results of the research showed that the accreditation model of the human resources education program of Qazvin province has an organizational dimension with two components of goals and vision (6 indicators) and managerial and organizational factors (9 indicators), the human resources dimension with two components of human resources (5 indicators) ) and learners (students or clients) (6 indicators), after contextual factors with three educational components (6 indicators), credibility and value (3 indicators) and equipment (7 indicators), after cost-effectiveness with two economic components (5 index) and time (5 indices) and performance dimension with effectiveness component (4 indices).
