Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among organizational climate, organizational commitment and morale from the point of view of girls' guidance school teachers of Marvdasht. The sampling frame of this descriptive survey study included a total of 315 (in the school year 1387-88) teachers out of which 118 teachers were selected as the sample of the current study. The sample took three questionnaires (organizational climate, organizational commitment and morale). In order to analyze the data SPSS software was used. The primary findings of the study were as follows: -There was a significant relationship between organizational climate, organizational commitment and morale with the exception of isolation and emphasis on production. -There was a positive significant relationship between belongingness, friendship and rationality and organizational climate with the exception of emphasis on production and isolation. -There was a negative significant relationship between obstacle and pretension to work. -There was a positive significant relationship between norm and organizational climate with the exception of obstacle and pretension to work. -There was a positive significant relationship among happiness, sincerity and continuity. -There was no significant relationship between emotional dimension with sincerity, happiness and pretend to work and no meaningful relationship with the other dimensions of organizational climate
