Abstract :
The principle of the need to provide reasons for administrative decisions is one of the new concepts of administrative law and is considered one of the most important principles of good administration. However, the fact is that most of the discussions in this field are focused on the concept and basics of the mentioned principle, and the effect of this principle on the efficiency and promotion of government organizations has rarely been considered. Based on this, considering the position of this principle in administrative law, it is an impossible necessity to deal with the various dimensions of the said principle and to use it in improving the functioning of the administration. In this regard, in the present article, using the descriptive-analytical method and the use of library tools, the basic components of the discussed principle have been analyzed from the point of view of its impact on the efficiency and promotion of the status of government organizations. The results of the research indicate that the correct implementation of the principle of the need to provide reasons for decisions in government offices increases transparency, guarantees justice and fairness, facilitates internal and external supervision, strengthens the principles of human rights in the administration, increases public participation, strengthens public trust and Finally, the fundamental rights of the citizens will be preserved and protected, and the aforementioned results will ultimately lead to the satisfaction of the citizens with the performance of the administration and the improvement of the efficiency of government organizations.
