Abstract :
The main objective of this research is to investigate the relationships between the social strengths of managers with entrepreneurial personality traits and organizational commitment of employees with the role of mediator of procedural justice in government departments of West Azarbaijan. The statistical sample was firstly clustered and then clustered in a relative proportional manner. The standard questionnaire was used for measuring the validity and reliability of the questionnaire. The results of the structural model reveal that the power of authority and specialty of managers in the personality characteristics of entrepreneurship and organizational commitment of employees have a positive and significant role, Legitimate powers and rewards in these variables have no role and compulsion power has a negative and meaningful role. Also, the results showed that procedural justice in the proposed model has a mediating role and according to different models, the full intermediate model has a more suitable fit than other models and can be used to strengthen the personality traits of entrepreneurship and Organizational commitment of employees in government departments
