Explaining causal, interventional factors and important consequences in the formation of professional growth of employees in Ministry of Interior (a qualitative study)

Abstract :
Background: Professional growth of employees is a program to develop knowledge, insight and specialized skills of human resources in organizations, which is emphasized as one of the most strategic paths of sustainable organizational development.Objective: The purpose of this study is to analyze the causal, interventional factors and important consequences in the formation of professional growth of the staff of the Ministry of Interior.Method: The research method is applied-developmental in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of nature. The research was conducted qualitatively, based on interviews with 16 experts, data were collected and after the interview, analysis. Data were performed based on the data analysis method of the foundation.Results:The results of the present study showed that the professional growth of employees in Iranian government organizations has 5 causal components, 4 intervening components and 4 outcome components.Conclusion: The paradigm model of professional growth of employees was designed taking into account causal, interventional and important consequences among employees of the Ministry of Interior.
