Abstract :

Subject is to study human resource reduction project in the Ministry ofEconomic Affairs and Finance and its effect on human resourceproductivity. This research is performed using essay – measurementmethod with the aim to study the influence on productivity scales amongthe employees from execution of human resource reduction project .Statistical community includes all salaried and contractual employees in theMinistry of Economic Affairs and Finance. Research sample is consistedfrom 300 subjects .Results indicate that execution of human reduction project in the Ministryof Economic Affairs and Finance has been effective on employee'sproductivity and these two alternatives have significant relationship witheach other. As well, it was found that prioritizing productivity scales has thefollowing status in terms of being influenced and relation with morecorrelation with human resource reduction project :Performance feedback, Job identification, Environmental adaptability, Workability, Validity of directors’ order, motivation and Organizational support(no significant relationship)
