The relationship between transformational leadership and organizational commitment in education organization in Tehran

Abstract :
The present study aimed to investigate the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational commitment in educational institutions (Case study: education staff in Tehran)". This study is descriptive and correlational methodology was applied. Based on simple random sampling, 210 samples were selected. In order to measure the variables used in the study, two standard questionnaires led by Bass and Valyv (2000) and Organizational Commitment Questionnaire Allen and Meyer (1990) were used. In this study, a questionnaire reliability based on Cronbach's alpha coefficient, reliability and Valyv Bass Leadership, Organizational Commitment Questionnaire vary from 850 and Allen and Meyer, 0/88 respectively.is. The results also show that between transformational leadership and organizational commitment to all aspects of normative commitment, continuous and emotional - there is a significant positive relationship.
