Abstract :
Introduction and purpose: The most important factor contributing to the culture ofentrepreneurship movement from potentiality to actuality, the development of theentrepreneurial spirit of the people is through education.Accordingly, the present study was to evaluate the impact of entrepreneurship trainings, aswell as cultural factors, the promotion of women's empowerment is an attempt to answerthis question: If entrepreneurship trainings in” entrepreneurship center of Tehranmunicipality” on the empowerment” of women has been effect?Methods: In this study, 382 women living in zones 2, 4, 5, 6, 11 and 16 of Tehran wereinterviewed .201of them participated in entrepreneurship training periods and 181 womennever participated in entrepreneurship training periods. Sampling the whole number ofpersons in the first group and the second group stage cluster sampling was conducted .Results:In variable rates of women's empowerment, the average score of those whoparticipate in entrepreneurship training periods (99.74),was less than the average score ofthose who didnt participate (95.20), It can confirm the hypothesis that : there is a significantrelationship between the independent variable "entrepreneurship education" and thedependent variable" women's empowerment”.Conclusion: The empowerment of women is significantly influenced entrepreneurshiptrainings. High levels of psychological empowerment, social, intellectual independence anda sense of power among women participating in the courses , Tweets reveal the role of thistraining.
