Abstract :
Introduction and Research Goal: This article explains the spiritual quotient, professional ethics and benefits of reinforce them with use of external and internal study. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between SQ and staff’s professional ethics in executive organizations. Method: This study is kind of survey study. Findings: The results with using the Pearson Correlation Coefficient showed that there is a significant relation between most component of SQ and professional ethics. Conclusion: Can be claimed that organizations with pay attention to improve their staff’s SQ and establishing units for set charter of ethics and control provisions can be seen more success.
