Abstract :
The purpose of this research was to design and explain the model of multicultural management in school sports. The research method was descriptive and correlational. The statistical population of the study was made up of all the physical education teachers of the country (N=34000). The statistical sample was estimated to be 332 people using the Karjesi and Morgan table (n=332). The data needed to identify the components and analyze the measurement model were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire, after obtaining validity (face, content and structure) and validation. Cronbach's alpha method (α=0.91) was used to calculate the reliability of the instrument, and confirmatory factor analysis and structural equations were used to analyze the data. Examining and testing the structural equation model of the research showed that the general fit indicators are in a suitable and desirable condition. As the changes in the antecedents of the multicultural management of sports schools have a positive and significant effect on the management processes of sports schools. Also, multicultural management processes have a positive and significant effect on the consequences of multicultural management. In addition, the indirect effect of multicultural management antecedents on multicultural management messages was significant, and in this regard, multicultural management processes played a mediating role. Therefore, educational planning officials should pay more attention to multicultural schools in macro plans and policies. In order to empower and require human resources to develop multicultural management skills, pay more attention to in-service training and include multicultural concepts in the planning of new teachers.
