Abstract :
The current research was designed and implemented with the aim of designing an interactive model of factors affecting the development of communication literacy of physical education teachers of the Ministry of Education. The current research method was mixed (qualitative-quantitative). The statistical population of the research included elites in the field of research, for this purpose, 13 people were identified as the research sample according to the purposeful sampling method. The research collection tool included a researcher-made questionnaire and a semi-structured interview. In the qualitative part of the research, believability, transferability, and verifiability were used to check validity. The validity of the questionnaire was examined according to the opinion of experts. Also, the reliability of this questionnaire was checked using Cronbach's alpha method (α = 0.85). In the quantitative analysis part of the research, Glaser's grounded theory method and open, axial and theoretical coding were used. In the quantitative analysis part of the research, Dimtel method was used. All research data analysis process was done in EXCEL. results of the research showed that a total of 6 general factors such as individual, environmental, nature, technology, educational and managerial factors were identified as effective factors on the development of communication literacy of physical education teachers of the Ministry of Education. According to the model, it was determined that the role of managerial and educational factors in the emergence and formation of other factors in the development of communication literacy of physical education teachers of the Ministry of Education is important and clear.
