Abstract :
Ethical leadership and interactional justice with a good climate are a critical component of an organization that have an effect on professional ethics and overall organizational performance. This study is done about the relationship between ethical leadership and ethical climate of mediation interactional justice. This study was Descriptive - correlational in nature and According to objective is an applied research. The population is the staff of the Education Department in the Shahrood city. Using random sampling for selecting 97 people to answer survey questions. In order to prepare and collect data for the study of ethical leadership questionnaire Brown (2005), a questionnaire interactional justice Niehoff and Moorman (1993) and Thomas ethical climate questionnaire (2013). The results showed there are a significant relationship between ethical leadership and ethical climate (67/0), interactive relationship between ethical leadership and meaningful justice (42/0), between interactional justice and ethical climate is a significant relationship (26/0) and interactional justice mediating role in the relationship between ethical leadership and ethical climate there 14/0.ethical leaders should raise the perceived interactional justice among their followers. When employee behavior and interactions in the organization and discrimination are not just seen in your work climate of respect, honesty and ethical perceive.
