Analysis of the Impact of Social Intelligence on Social Entrepreneurship

Abstract :
Social entrepreneurship has become a major issue in entrepreneurship today. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of social intelligence on social entrepreneurship which is have been a case study in selected charities of Isfahan city. This research is applied in terms of its purpose and in terms of its nature and method, is descriptive-survey. The statistical population of this study was 70 employees of selected charities in Isfahan. which were selected by census method. The data collection tool was a questionnaire containing 55 questions to measure the variables of the research that Content validity and structure were verified and its reliability was confirmed. The total Cronbach alpha value of the entire questionnaire was 0.96 which the reliability of the questionnaire was approved.Data analysis was done using SPSS and Smart-PLS software and structural equation modeling. Research results show that social intelligence and its dimensions such as social skills, social awareness and social information processing have a positive and significant effect on social entrepreneurship.
