Abstract The purpose of the current research was to compile and validate the educational package motherhood role acceptance, for married women without children. The research was conducted using the inductive theme analysis method and the statistical population of the research included scientific texts in the field of maternal role and experts in the field of psychology and counseling. 31 related articles and books, as well as 15 experts in the field of psychology and counseling, were selected as samples from the target population. In order to analyze the data, the Brown and Clark method was used, and sub-themes and main themes were extracted in six steps. The findings finally led to the extraction of 35 main categories, based on which the training package for accepting the role of mother for married women without children was compiled and evaluated in 11 sessions of 90 minutes. The results showed that the mother role acceptance training package is sufficient according to experts with content validity (CVR=0.866, CVI=0.933) and is suitable for educational and research applications.
