Sociological Analyze and Explanation on Possibility of Good Governance into Azari Ethnic Group; Case Study: Azari Dwellers in Tabriz

Abstract :
This study aims theoretical relationships between Good Governance and ethnic groups to analyze and explain sociologically the possibility of Good Governance model from the perspective of Azari ethnic group (Case Study: Azari Dwellers in Tabriz). In doing so, after reviewing of theoretical and experimental literature, Good Governance Indicators through interviewing with 30 ethnic-social elites were made. Then servey method was applied and data was gathered through delivering questionnaires among 448 members of probability sample which had been elected via Multi-Stage Sampling. Process of data analysis was performed by SPSS software. The results show that the possibility (satisfaction) of Good Governance has been involved with serious problems specially in these two indicators:“Rule of law” and “Guaranty and Respect of Political Freedom”. So that just 26/5 percentage of respondents believe that the possibility of Good Governance has been completely formed; 42/6 percentage of respondents could not respond absolutely. Also there is a direct statistical significance correlation relationship between ethnic identity and possibility of Good Governance.
