Abstract :
The current research was conducted with the aim of designing and validating the electronic preparation model for the implementation of virtual education in education in Fars province. This research was applied in terms of purpose, and in terms of the method of collecting information, it was conducted with a qualitative-quantitative (mixed) approach and with an exploratory design. In the qualitative section, the statistical population included experts in the field of virtual education and professors of educational management, and in the quantitative section, there were 61,113 people in the education and training managers and employees of Fars province. The sampling method in the qualitative section was the targeted method, and in the quantitative section, the It was random. The statistical sample in the qualitative section was 30 people, taking into account the theoretical saturation law, and in the quantitative section, 382 people were selected based on the simple random sampling method. The data collection tool in the qualitative section was a semi-structured interview and in the quantitative section, questions The researcher's letter was based on a five-point Likert scale with 57 items. The face validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts and its reliability was obtained by calculating the Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.84. The method of data analysis in the qualitative part was inductive content analysis using coding on three levels, open, central and selective. In the quantitative part, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, structural equations and path analysis were used using SPSS and Lisrel software.
