Designing the teaching model of student life philosophy in order to improve human resources in Shiraz University of Medical Sciences

Abstract :
Human resources create competitive value for organizations due to the knowledge, skills and abilities they bring to organizations. The major purpose of this research was to design the philosophy of life teaching model in order to improve student human resources at Shiraz University of Medical Sciences. This research was conducted with the qualitative data method of the Foundation based on Glazer's (1992) approach. Qualitative participants including 8 university professors were selected in a purposeful way. The research tool was a semi-structured interview that was conducted at the level of theoretical saturation. Qualitative data analysis methods include primary, central, and theoretical coding. The results of this research showed that the 4 main components; learning the philosophy of social life, learning the philosophy of religious life, learning the philosophy of individual life, learning the philosophy of moral life and 13 sub-components; Correct understanding of self-efficacy, learning moral virtues, correct understanding of respect for rules, learning to respect the teacher, learning the limits of freedom, paying attention to the constructive interaction of parents with each other, paying attention to the importance of emotional relationships between parents and children, paying attention to the importance of socializing, learning basics and concepts Enhancing knowledge, learning how to benefit from the will and motivation, learning how to gain self-confidence, understanding the importance of thinking and learning, paying special attention to the relationship between man and God is important in designing the philosophy of life education model.
