Abstract Vendor Selection Problem (VSP) has been considered in this paper as an integrated method of Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) and Quality Function Deployment (QFD) in the pharmaceutical company. In QFD method, determining the importance of the "weights" for the customer requirements is an essential and crucial issue. FAHP has been used to determine the importance of the "weights" for Product Designing which incorporates the four important attributes in a pharmaceutical company namely Cost, Standing Supplier, Delivery Time and Quality. The new approach can improve the imprecise ranking of customer requirements and provides a decision tool that facilitates the vendor selection. The most significant advantage of this integrated method is using it as a self-evaluation tool in the organization to determine weaknesses and strengths, so it can help researchers to solve this specific subject for supplier’s selection. The sensitivity analysis for multi-attribute decision making (MADM) problems is important for two reasons: First, the decision matrix asthe source of the results of a decision problem is inaccurate because it sorts the alternatives in each criterion inaccurately. Second, thedecision maker may change his opinions in a time period because of changes in the importance of the criteria and in the policy of theorganization over time. This in turn makes problem solving really time-consuming. Therefore, the best solution is to do sensitivity analysis. In this regard, this paper considers a sensitivity analysis in the QUALIFLEX method which is a compromise ranking method used formulti-criteria decision making (MCDM). Six-Sigma has some measures which measure performance characteristics related to a process. In most of the traditional methods, exact estimation is used to assess these measures and to utilize them in practice. In this paper, to estimate some of these measures, including Defects per Million Opportunities (DPMO), Defects per Opportunity (DPO), Defects per unit (DPU) and Yield, a new algorithm based on Buckley's estimation approach is introduced. The algorithm uses a family of confidence intervals to estimate the mentioned measures. The final results of introduced algorithm for different measures are triangular shaped fuzzy numbers. Finally, since DPMO, as one of the most useful measures in Six-Sigma, should be consistent with costumer need, this paper introduces a new fuzzy method to check this consistency. The method compares estimated DPMO with fuzzy customer need. Numerical examples are given to show the performance of the method. All rights reserved Manuscript profile

A characteristic of Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is to allow individual decision making units (DMUs) to select the factor weights which are the most advantageous for them in calculating their efficiency scores. This flexibility in selecting the weights, on the other hand, deters the comparison among DMUs on a common base. For dealing with this difficulty and assessing all the DMUs on the same scale, this paper proposes using a multiple objective linear programming (MOLP) approach based on scalarizing function for generating common set of weights under the DEA framework. This is an advantageous of the proposed approach against general approaches in the literature which are based on multiple objective nonlinear programming. Manuscript profile

DEA Classic models cannot be used for inaccurate and indeterminate data, and it is supposed that the data for all inputs and outputs are accurate and determinate. However, in real life situations uncertainty is more common. This article attempts to get the common weights for Decision-Making Units by developing DEA multi-objective models in the grey environment. First, we compute the privilege of DMUs efficiency to receive more accurate ranking. Finally, in order to assess the results, an example is presented to compare the results of the DMUs ranking between DEA Classic models and the presented model. Manuscript profile
