In recent years, the issue of energy consumption modeling techniques in the building sector has beenwidely considered by researchers and managers. Researches indicate that energy consumption in residential sector is one ofthe main parts of the total consumption. Moreover, the urban residence is supposed as a significant consumer of energy inevery country and therefore a focus for energy consumption efforts. For over increasing building energy consumptionthere can be some causes including : climate change, increase in household electricity load, fast-growing householdelectrical appliances, huge energy consumption of the buildings, and the lack of strict government supervision.Recently the issue of assigning different prices to different time-periods of energy consumption has been taken intoconsideration for energy prices of consumers’ bills. Therefore, in this paper a model for multi-prices and multi-periodssingle-type energy consumption in urban residential sector is presented; also an efficient heuristic method is provided forsolving the mentioned model. The primary purpose of this paper is to highlight for the research community and practitioners the various aspects of using VMI-type supply chains in today’s business environment as well as a number of directions for future studies. In this regard, fifty articles published in major international journals, beginning in 1995, which contribute to the VMI-type supply chains are reviewed via a systematic review methodology. Our findings show there is an incremental growth in employing of VMI strategies in logistic and supply chains. This paper characterizes the design aspects required to configure and establish a VMI-type supply chain in the industry including demand pattern, number of products, contract type between two parties, and profit sharing scheme. Moreover, the current gaps on the current state of VMI-type supply chain in literature are highlighted in last section of this paper that may motivate future studies. Manuscript profile

از جمله علل کلیدی که سازمان ها و به ویژه مراکز آموزش عالی را به سمت ناکارآمدی سوق می دهد، عدم ارزیابی فرآیند‌ها و نتایج حاصل از آن‌ها می‌باشد. چنانچه مراکز آموزش عالی جایگاه خود را شناخته و از نقاط ضعف خود آگاهی یابند، بی تردید درصدد رفع آن نواقص اقدام خواهند نمود. هدف از این پژوهش، که دامنه انجام آن یکی از مجتمع های فنی- مهندسی است، ارائه یک روش در ارزیابی عملکرد مدیریت مراکز آموزش مهندسی بر اساس مدل تعالی EFQM است. از آنجا که فضای تصمیم‌گیری حاکم بر مراکز آموزش عالی، همچون بسیاری از سازمان ها، عموماً فازی است، لذا به منظور تطابق بیشتر این روش با شرایط حاکم بر فضای تصمیم گیری، الگوی پیشنهادی در محیط فازی طراحی شده است تا بتوان به ارزیابی دقیق تری از عملکرد مدیریت مراکز آموزش مهندسی دست یافت.
