هدف از پژوهش حاضر اثر عصاره بومادران بر پاسخ نوتروفیل، پس از یک فعالیت فزاینده در بین دختران ورزشکار بود. براساس این پژوهش 24 نفر ازدختران ورزشکارکه به صورت هدفمندانتخاب وبه 4 گروه مکمل (بومادران)، بروفن و مکمل، بروفن و دارونما تقسیم شدند، مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. آزمودنی ها 7 روز قبل از فعالیت، مکمل با دوز 740 میلی گرم، بروفن 800 میلی گرم، بومادران و بروفن با (185میلی گرم بومادران و400میلی گرم بروفن) و دارونما 400 میلی گرم دریافت نمودند. بعد از آخرین وهله مصرف مکمل با 70 درصد توان هوازی بیشینه روی دستگاه پشت پا و نشسته شروع به فعالیت کردند. نمونه های خونی جهت سنجش نوتروفیل از تمام آزمودنی های 4 گروه در 5 مرحله از محل ورید پیش آرنجی گرفته شد. همچنین در هر مرحله پرش سارجنت، محیط دور ران و میزان درد محاسبه گردید. نرمال بودن وضعیت نوتروفیل ها نشان داد که مکمل عصاره بومادران نسبت به دارونما، بروفن، بروفن و بومادران تأثیر معناداری بر تعداد و کارکرد نوتروفیل نداشته است. بالا بودن آنها بعد از فعالیت ورزشی دختران ناشی از نوتروسیتوز می باشد. این افزایش نتیجه پاسخ قابل انتظار و طبیعی سیستم ایمنی به استرس ورزش است. اگر چه تغییراتی در شاخص های خونی و عملکرد پرش سارجنت و محیط دور ران مشاهده شد؛ اما این تغییرات در محدوده منظم بوده و تغییرات این شاخص ها از لحاظ آماری ناچیز تلقی می شود. Crystallographic data analyses indicate that three types of prolinium cations, along with two types of hydrogen bonding, produce and stabilize the helical structure of triprolinium 12-phosphomolybdate. There are similarities between this organic-inorganic compound and peptides/proteins. The stronger “conventional” hydrogen bonds and the less common C-H…O attractions play critical roles in generating and stabilizing the DNA-like network. Manuscript profile
