چکیده مقاله :
ننظم و انضباط راهی است برای رسیدن به اهداف و ضامن سعادت بشر است. نظم، ترتیب دادن به هر چیز میباشد. امری که بر عالم تکوین و تشریع حاکم است و انسان در مسیر پیمودن کمال، به آن نیاز دارد. پژوهش حاضر از نوع کیفی بوده که در آن با استفاده از روش کیفی تحلیل مضمون، با هدف شناسایی راهبردهای انضباط کاری مورد مطالعه سازمان راهداري و حمل و نقل جادهاي انجام شده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را خبرگانی تشکیل می دهند که از یک سو دانش کافی و از سویی دیگر تجربه عملی و آشنایی لازم با مباحث انضباط كاري در سازمان راهداري و حمل و نقل جادهاي كشور را داشتند، که با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری هدفمند (گلوله برفی) تعداد 21 نفر از آنان برای انجام مصاحبه انتخاب شدند. دادههای کیفي حاصل از مطالعات میداني که از طریق مصاحبههای عمیق حاصل شده بود، با استفاده از روش کیفي تحلیل مضمون کدگذاری شد. این فرایند متشکل از سه مرحله شامل کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابي بود. نتایج نشان داد که راهبردهای انضباط کاری براي سازمان راهداري و حمل و نقل جادهاي شامل چهار مقوله استراتژیهای نگهداشت، اقدامات پیشگیرانه، تقویت سیستم مدیریت استعداد و عدالت و توسعه و توانمندسازی کارکنان است.
Discipline is a way to achieve goals and is a guarantee of human happiness. Order is arranging everything. A thing that governs the world of development and legislation, and man needs it on the path to perfection. The current research is of a qualitative type, in which it was conducted using the qualitative method of content analysis, with the aim of identifying the work discipline strategies studied by the road transport organization. The statistical population of this research is made up of experts who had sufficient knowledge on the one hand and practical experience and familiarity with work discipline topics in the country's highway and road transport organization on the other hand. ) 21 of them were selected to conduct interviews. Qualitative data obtained from field studies obtained through in-depth interviews were coded using the qualitative method of thematic analysis. This process consisted of three stages including open, central and selective coding. The results showed that the work discipline strategies for the highway and road transportation organization include four categories of maintenance strategies, preventive measures, strengthening the talent management system and justice and development and empowerment of employees.
