پژوهش حاضر باهدف بررسی تأثیر ارزشهای اسلامی بربهبود عملکرد شغلی کارکنان با توجه به نقش میانجی معنویت سازمانی در اداره کل آموزشوپرورش استان فارس انجام گرفته است. تحقیق حاضر از بعد هدف كاربردي و از نظر روش توصيفي- همبستگی میباشد. به منظور جمعآوری اطلاعات آميزه اي از روشهای تحقيق كتابخانه اي و ميداني استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر شامل کلیه کارکنان در سازمان آموزشوپرورش استان فارس میباشد که تعداد آنها 46703 نفر بود.با توجه به فرمول کوکران، حجم نمونه 381 نفر به دست آمد که پرسشنامه به صورت خوشهای بین کارکنان توزیع گردید. دادهها توسط معادلات ساختاری و به کمک نرمافزار لیزرل مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.نتایج حاکی از این بود که بین ارزشهای اسلامی با بهبود عملکرد شغلی کارکنان در اداره کل آموزشوپرورش استان فارس با در نظر گرفتن نقش میانجی معنویت سازمانی رابطه مثبت و معنی داری وجود دارد؛ و در این راستا نه فرضیه تحقیق مورد تأیید قرار گرفتند.
An Introduction to the Policies Based on Islamic Values in Improving the Job Performance of Employees
(Case Study: General Department of Education of Fars Province)

Extended Abstract
The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating Islamic values to improve job performance with regard to the mediating role of organizational spirituality in the General Department of Education and Research of Fars province.
The current research is applied in terms of descriptive-correlation method. In order to collect mixed information, library and field research methods have been used. The statistical population of this research includes all the employees in the Education and Research Organization of Fars province, whose number was 46,703. According to Cochran's formula, a sample size of 381 people was obtained, and the questionnaire was selected as a cluster among different people.
The data were analyzed by structural equations and by Lisrel software.
The results indicated that there is a positive and significant relationship between Islamic values and improving the job performance of employees in the General Department of Education of Fars province, taking into account the mediating role of organizational spirituality; and in this regard, nine research hypotheses were confirmed.
The present study rightly emphasizes the need to pay attention to different individual, group, and organizational levels to promote Islamic values and organizational spirituality. Creating appropriate opportunities for employees to grow and improve increases their motivation and commitment, and in the sense that work becomes more important to them. Designing jobs in a way that is attractive and meaningful to employees plays an effective role in increasing job satisfaction and improving their performance. Strengthening a sense of solidarity and creating an intimate and friendly atmosphere among employees increases the spirit of cooperation and cooperation and will benefit the organization. Attracting people with values in line with the organization and their socialization to strengthen these values are among the important measures to promote organizational spirituality. Spiritual management is a new approach to human resource management that emphasizes the cultivation of values, ethics, and spirituality in the workplace. This approach can lead to improving employee commitment, motivation, and performance, as well as improving the organizational atmosphere. Paying attention to the organization's social responsibilities and participating in charitable activities can help strengthen employees' sense of spirituality and commitment. Paying attention to employees' mental health and well-being and creating a balance between work and life are important factors in promoting organizational spirituality. Holding training courses on Islamic values, professional ethics, and spiritual intelligence for employees can help improve their level of knowledge and awareness in these areas. Managers and leaders of the organization should be good role models for employees in the field of Islamic values and spirituality through their behavior and performance. Creating a supportive environment in the organization where employees feel respected, secure, and appreciated helps strengthen organizational spirituality.
Respecting the cultural, religious, and ethnic diversity of employees and creating an inclusive environment are important factors in promoting organizational spirituality.
Considering the above, it can be concluded that paying attention to Islamic values and organizational spirituality plays a key role in improving the performance and excellence of the organization. By applying appropriate solutions at various individual, group, and organizational levels, this spirituality can be internalized into organizational culture and benefit from the many benefits it offers.
