بررسي شاخص¬های موثر بر فرهنگ محیط¬زیستی مردم شهر مشهد

چکیده مقاله :
زمینه و هدف: بروز معضلات محیط زیستی و روند رو به افزایش آن، موضوع بحث بسیاری از صاحب نظران و پژوهشگران در حیطه محیط زیست بوده است. فرهنگ سازی که در واقع به ارتقاء فرهنگ محیط زیستی معطوف می شود نیازمند شناسایی تاثیر اصول و معیارهای موثر بر فرهنگ محیط زیست هست.
روش بررسی: در تحقیق حاضر، هدف شناخت و بررسی جایگاه فرهنگی برخی از عوامل موثر بر آگاهی، نگرشها و رفتارهای مثبت و افزایش فرهنگ عمومی در راستای برنامه ریزی بهتر است. لذا در این پژوهش پرسشنامهای در مورد نگرش، آگاهی و رفتار شهروندان با درجه اطمینان 95% تدوین گردید و حجم نمونه با استفاده از نرم افزار NCSS، 400 نفر در نظر گرفته شد.
یافتهها: نتایج حاصل از آنالیز آماری توسط نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 16 نشان داد که رابطه معنادار و مثبتی بین شاخص های موثر بر فرهنگ محیط زیستی وجود دارد (P<%5). همچنین نتایج حاکی از آن است از بین 5 معیار مورد بررسی در این مطالعه، معیار تحصیلات با شاخصهای نگرش، آگاهی محیط زیستی افراد و معیار شغل افراد با شاخص های نگرش و رفتار محیط زیستی آنها رابطه معنی دار وجود دارد.
بحث و نتیجه گیری: نتایج این پژوهش بر مبنای نظرات شهروندان شهر مشهد حاصل شدهاست. مدیران و مسوولان باید در جهت بهبود و ارتقا فرهنگ محیطزیستی افراد در این دو بخش از طرق مختلف گام بردارند. همچنین پیشنهاد میگردد در تحقيقات آتي به عوامل تاثيرگذار در تقويت فرهنگ محیطزیستي توجه شود و سازمانهایی که در واقع متولی امور فرهنگی هستند، در جهت بهبود و ارتقاء فرهنگ محیطزیستی تلاش نمایند.
Background and Objective: The emergence of environmental problems and its increasing flow has been the subject matter of many researchers and experts in the environment domain. Providing a culture, focused on the enhancement of environmental culture, that needs to recognize the effects of principles and effective criteria on environment's culture.
Material and Methodology: In the present study, the aim is recognizing and revising the cultural rankings of some effective factors on knowledge, attitudes, positive behaviors and increasing the public culture for the better planning. The present study, involved a questionnaire about attitude, and analytically with certain degree of 95%. The considered sample, used by NCSS software, was four hundred people.
Findings: The results raised from the statistical analysis by SPSS software version 16 show that there is a meaningful and positive relation between the effective indexes on environmental culture )P<%5.(
Discussion and Conclusion: The results also show that from 5 revised criteria in this study, there is a meaningful relation between the criterion of education with the indexes of attitude, the people's environmental knowledge and the criterion of job and their indexes of attitude and environmental behavior. Therefore, the managers and the responsible people in these two parts must go further to refine and enhance the people's environmental culture by different ways. It's also suggested that pay more attention on the effective factors on enhancement of environmental culture in future studies and the responsible organizations in cultural affairs go further to refine and enhance it.
