راهاندازی کارآفرینی سبز به عنوان راهکاری در جهت توانمندسازی فقرای روستایی (مورد مطالعه: اساتید دانشکدهی کشاورزی دانشگاه رازی)

چکیده مقاله :
چکیده زمینه و هدف: با وجود این که مساله ی فقر یک مشکل جهانی است اما نمود آن در روستاهای ما بیش تر حاکم است، تحولات شگرف و گسترده ای که هر روزه در تمامی عرصه های زندگی بشری و فرهنگ حاکم بر جوامع رخ می دهد، موجب شده تا کارآفرینی روستایی به عنوان یک راهبرد اثر بخش برای کاهش فقر، توسعه اقتصادی و ایجاد اشتغال پایدار شناخته شود. در این راستا در کشورهای در حال توسعه، سرمایه گذاری در مشاغل سبز و آموزش کارآفرینی سبز می تواند کمک بزرگی به ایجاد اشتغال پایدار و رشد اقتصادی، اجتماعی و حفظ محیط زیست کند. روش بررسی: تحقیق حاضر درصدد است با روش کیفی و بر اساس رهیافت گرندد تئوری،راه اندازی کارآفرینی سبز به عنوان راهکاری در جهت توانمندسازی فقرای روستایی را مورد مطالعه قرار دهد. شیوه ی نمونه گیری مبتنی بر هدف بوده است و از اساتید دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه رازی انتخاب شدند و از آن ها مصاحبه به عمل آمد. سوالات محوری این پژوهش عبارتند از: دیدگاه آن ها نسبت به راه اندازی کارآفرینی سبز به عنوان راهکاری در جهت توانمندسازی فقرای روستایی چگونه است؟ راهبردهای فردی آن ها برای راه اندازی کارآفرینی سبز چگونه است؟ پیامدهای توانمندسازی فقرای روستایی با راه اندازی کارآفرینی سبز چگونه است؟ یافته ها: یافته های تحقیق نشان داد تبیین کننده های دیدگاه اساتید نسبت به راه اندازی کارآفرینی سبز به عنوان راهکاری در جهت توانمندسازی فقرای روستایی زیرساخت های ایجاد کارآفرینی سبز، فرهنگ کارآفرینی سبز، چارچوب های حمایتی از کارآفرینی سبز و فرهنگ تولید محصولات سبز بودند. بحث و نتیجه گیری: نتایج تحقیق نشان داد: پیامدهای توانمندسازی فقرای روستایی با راه اندازی کارآفرینی سبز از دیگاه اساتید کاهش فقر اقتصادی، کاهش بیکاری، دسترسی راحت تر به مسکن، امید به زندگی، کاهش مهاجرت، رضایت و ارتقا سطح زندگی، امنیت غذایی پایدار، توانمندسازی و مهم تر از همه حفظ محیط زیست و توسعه پایدار بودند.
Background and Objective: Although poverty is a global problem, it is more dominant in villages of Iran. Dramatic and widespread changes occur every day in all areas of human life and the dominant culture in communities has has introduced rural entrepreneurship as an effective strategy for mitigation of poverty, economic development and sustainable job creation. In this regard, in developing countries, investment in green jobs and green entrepreneurship education can greatly contribute to sustainable job creation, economic and social development and environmental protection. Method: The present study seeks to launch green entrepreneurship as a strategy for empowering the poor villagers based on the qualitative method and the Grounded Theory approach. Sampling method was of purpose-oriented type, and the professors of the faculty of agriculture in Razi University were selected and interviewed. Central questions covered in this study are: what are their views towards launching green entrepreneurship as a strategy for empowering the poor villagers? What are their individual strategies for launching green entrepreneurship? What are are the consequences of empowering the poor villagers by launching green entrepreneurship? Findings: Findings revealed that explaining the views of the professors towards launching green entrepreneurship as a strategy for empowering the poor villagers were "infrastructures creating green entrepreneurship", "green entrepreneurship culture", "supportive framework of green entrepreneurship" and "green products culture". Discossion and Conclusion: The results showed that he consequences of empowering the poor villagers by launching green entrepreneurship from viewpoints of the professors were economic poverty reduction, reduction of unemployment, access to comfortable housing, life expectancy, reduction of immigration, empowerment, satisfaction and imrovement of level of life, sustainable food security, empowering and more importantly environmental protect and sustainable development.
