اثر متقابل زئولیت و پیتینگ بر غلظت عناصر، طول ریشه و ساقه در گیاهAgropyron elongatum L. تحت تیمارهای مختلف خشکی

زمینه و هدف: یکی از روشهایی که برای مقابله با کم آبی مناسب میباشد استفاده از تکنیکهای ذخیره سازی آب در خاک است. این روش ها آلودگی برای محیط زیت ایجاد نمیکنند. هدف از این پژوهش، مطالعه اثر پیتینگ و زئولیت بر رشد و خصوصیات فیزیولوژیک گیاه Agropyron elongatum در شرایط تنش خشکی می باشد.
روش بررسی: آزمایشی در پایه طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی انجام شد که در ابتدا بذور در داخل گلخانه در گلدان کشت شدند و پس از 3 ماه نهالها به عرصه واقع در خارج گلخانه انتقال داده شدند و تیمارها بر روی آنها اعمال گردید که مدت 6 ماه به طول انجامید. تیمارهای اعمال شده عبارت بودند از: پیتینگ شامل دو سطح با پیتینگ و بدون پیتینگ، زئولیت در دو سطح با زئولیت (50 گرم به ازای هر نهال) و بدون زئولیت و 4 سطح آبیاری شامل: سطح آبیاری FC ،2/1 FC ،4/1 FC و بدون آبیاری.
یافته ها: با اعمال پیتینگ و زئولیت، مقدار غلظت کلسیم، مس ، پتاسیم، منگنز، سدیم، روی ، فسفر، وزن ساقه ا، وزن ریشه، ارتفاع ساقه و طول ریشه افزایش پیدا کردند. غلظت آهن در حالت بدون پیتینگ افزایش بیشتری نشان داد واز 3/2 به mg/kg 2/17 در حالت بدون پیتینگ افزایش یافت.
بحث و نتیجه گیری: استفاده از تیمارهای (پیتینگ، زئولیت و خشکی) دارای اثر متقابل معنیدار بوده و موجب افزایش بیشتر پارامترهای اندازهگیری شده میگردد. میتوان گفت استفاده از پیتینگ و زئولیت بر رشد و خصوصیات فیزیولوژیک گیاه Agropyron elongatum اثر مثبت و معنیداری داشته است.
چکیده انگلیسی:
Background and Objective: One of the ways in Iran to deal with drought stress is the use of new techniques for water storage in the soil. The aim of this study was to study the effect of pitting and zeolite application on growth and physiological triates of Agropyron elongatum in drought stress conditions.
Method: An experiment conducted based a randomized complete block design. Initially, the seeds were cultivated in a greenhouse in a pot and after 3 months the seedlings were transferred to a field outside the greenhouse and treatments were applied to them, for 6 months. The applied treatments included: pitting consisting of two levels with pitting and no pitting, zeolite in two levels with zeolite (50 g per seedlings) and no zeolite and 4 levels of irrigation including FC irrigation, 1/2 FC, 1/4 FC and without irrigation (as control treatment). Findings: The results showed that by applying pitting and zeolite, the concentrations of calcium, copper, potassium, manganese, sodium, zinc, phosphorus, stem weight, root weight, stem height and root length increased significantly. The concentration of iron in the case of without pitting increased more and increased from 2.3 to 17.2 mg / kg in the without pitting treatments.
Discussion and Conclusions: The results showed that simultaneous application of the three treatments (pitting, zeolite, and drought) had a significant interaction effect and further increase the measured parameters. It can be concluded that the use of pitting and zeolite has a positive effect on growth and physiological characteristics of Agropyron elongatum.
