مقایسۀ مهارتهای فرزندپروری در مادران مبتلا به درد مزمن و فاقد درد مزمن

چکیده مقاله :
هدف این پژوهش، بررسی تفاوت مهارتهای فرزندپروری در مادران مبتلا به درد مزمن و مادران فاقد درد مزمن بود. این پژوهش یک مطالعۀ علی- مقایسهای بوده و جامعۀ آماری آن تمامی زنان مراجعهکننده به کلینیک درد بیمارستان امام حسین(ع) شهر تهران بودند. تعداد 62 مادر مبتلا به درد مزمن و 58 مادر فاقد درد مزمن از طریق روش نمونهگیری در دسترس و با استفاده پرسشنامه فرزندپروری آلاباما (Frick, 1999)، پرسشنامه شدت درد ونکورف (Von Korff, 1990) مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. دادههای پژوهش بهوسیلۀ آزمون آماری تحلیل واریانس مورد تجزیهوتحلیل قرار گرفته و تحلیل آماری نشان داد که بین مادران مبتلا به درد مزمن و مادران فاقد درد مزمن در ابعاد مشارکت، فرزندپروری مثبت، فقر نظارت و انضباط متناقض تفاوت معنادار وجود دارد (05/0>P)؛ اما درزمینۀ تنبیه جسمانی تفاوتی یافت نشد (05/0>P).
The aim of this study was to investigate the differences parenting skills in mothers with chronic pain and healthy mothers. This study was causal-comparative and its statistical population was included all women referred to the Pain Clinic of Imam Hossein Hospital, Tehran. Sixty-two mothers with chronic pain and Fifty-eight healthy mothers were evaluated by convenience sampling method and using Alabama Parenting Questionnaire (Frick, 1999) and Von Korff Questionnaire (Von Korff, 1990). The data were analyzed by analysis of variance. Statistical analysis showed that there is significant difference between mothers with chronic pain and healthy mothers in involvement, positive parenting, Inconsistent discipline and poor supervision (P<. /05), but there was no difference in punishment (P>./05).
