Abstract :
The most important sources that influence teachers 'job satisfaction can be seen in the amount of individuals' capital, including social and economic capital. The main objective of this research is to examine the role of social and economic capital in job satisfaction of high school teachers in Urmia. This research is correlated with the purpose of applying the data and in terms of data collection method. The questionnaire was made by social capital questionnaire and economic capital questionnaire and job satisfaction questionnaire. The statistical population of the study consisted of all secondary school teachers in Urmia with a total of 2575 students taught in 1395, of which 340 (143 women and 197 men) were selected as cluster sampling method. The face of the city was divided into five clusters of North, South, Central, Eastern and Western clusters, then from each cluster, high schools were randomly selected proportional to sample size.To test the variables and hypotheses, Pearson correlation coefficient was used. The findings of the research showed that there is a direct and significant statistical difference between the two variables of social capital and job satisfaction of teachers at the average level (r = 0.000, r = 0.349). Also, between economic capital and job satisfaction of teachers, there is a direct and relative statistical difference
