Design and validation of the reverse learning pattern of entrepreneurial lessons and Its effectiveness is on self-directed learning and collaborative learning

Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of reverse learning on self-directed learning inentrepreneurship course. This is a quasi-experimental study with pretest-posttest with control group. The statistical population of this study included all undergraduate students of accounting department of Islamic Azad University, Yadegar Imam Branch, Tehran, in the academic year 1396-97. For sampling, 150 undergraduate accounting students of Islamic Azad University of Yadegar Imam Branch were selected randomly. Then, before implementing Entrepreneurship Course in Reverse Learning Method, and after training, Williamson's Self Learning Questionnaire (2007) consisted of 5 components and 60 items (separation of components: knowledge, learning strategies, learning activities, evaluation, and Interpersonal Skills) is built on all of them. In general, the results show that there is a significant difference between the mean scores of experimental group and control group regarding the effect of reverse learning on students' self-leadership learning in entrepreneurship course in post-test (p <0.01).
