Abstract :
Objective: The purpose of this study is to Diagnosing the implementation of administrative system training policies in improving employee performance in the Ministry of Oil.Methods: The type of research is developmental in terms of purpose and practical in terms of results, and quantitative in terms of data type. Using Cochran's formula, the sample size was determined to be 154 people who were selected using simple random sampling method. Data collection tools included a researcher-made questionnaire. The content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts. In the descriptive statistics section, ..were used. In the inferential statistics section, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used and Bartlett tests were used to evaluate the adequacy of sampling were used.Findings: the damages of implementing the educational policies of the administrative system include behavioral damages with 12 indicators, structural damages with 11 indicators and contextual damages with 13 indicators. The results of quantitative analysis also confirmed the significance of factor loads of all indicators and their confirmation at 95% confidence level.Conclusion: commitment of executives in the training policies of the administrative system by informing the benefits for the organization can be useful.
